Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

No, we arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play!

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have alot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the day before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the unit the entire time. Once unplugged, they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can trip the circuit breaker.
We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must bring or rent a generator. Also, most parks require a permit for parties. Please let us know in advance if you will be setting up in a park and obtain permission in advance of the rental.
Yes all orders require a $50 Credit Card deposit. They are fully refundable if we decide to cancel due to unsafe weather. If you would like to reschedule a rental, please let us know no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event. Once we deliver the unit, the full rental price is due, regardless of whether the equipment is used.
Check the requirements posted on the units themselves. The rental contract provides a basic overview of your responsibilities as supervisor. Please read it thoroughly before allowing riders to enter the unit.
Here is a brief summary of some of your duties as supervisor:
-Keep blowers turned on at all times. Should any blower turn off, calmly escort all riders off the unit and check the blower and breaker. Make sure the blower tube is tied securely.
-Do not turn the water on all the way on wet inflatables. This will flood the unit (and probably your yard too). Not to mention your next water bill. Just turn it on partially so the water can trickle down.
-Please turn the water OFF before our scheduled pickup time. This will give the unit a chance to dry out and will make it much easier to roll up and load.
-If it is raining, leave the unit inflated. If there is heavy rain, wind, and/or thunderstorms, turn off the blowers and move them to a dry area, along with extension cords.
-If the unit is left overnight, please deflate after use is finished. If rain is predicted overnight, please cover the unit. Tarps may be provided.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), We may also setup on concrete or asphalt, as long as you let us know beforehand, as sandbags will be required to secure the unit. Additional fees for sandbags may apply.
Sorry, but we cannot setup on any type of gravel, crushed rock, etc., as the constant rubbing will wear through the bottom of the unit.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
